From scratch, a ground to international standards was created out of a farm. The pavilions are integrated into the natural slope of the landscape punctuating the newly purpose made "bowl". The structures are dramatic and practical while being highly cost effective.
Other uses from rock concerts to five-a-side football, squash courts, a gym and a number of catering facilities are also accommodated.
The Daily Telegraph -‘It is...tempting to recommend The Rose Bowl for immediate promotion to the first division of international grounds. The view from the North end is probably the finest in the country.’
Sir Tim Rice -“The Rose Bowl is better than Hollywood – and I know!”
Michael Vaughan -“A fantastic ground.”
John Moston, BBC TV -‘I thought that the new football stadiums were special, but coming to The Rose Bowl was an enlightening experience.’
